高考英语作文应用文指导-第 3 讲　建议信 1．建议信的基本结构 建议信是向收信人就某事提出写信人的建议或忠告。建议信要写出写信的原因、建议的 内容、提出建议的理由，要写得简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。此外，要注意 礼貌，使读者易于接受。建议信一般分为三个部分，具体内容如下： 首段：表明写作意图，陈述事由(如果不认识对方，必要的情况下可以先简单介绍自己)。 主体段：针对具体情况提出具体的建议或忠告(有时可以先肯定对方的优点)。 结尾段：希望对方采纳你的建议。 2．常用表达 开头常用语： (1)I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to…我非常高兴收到你的来信， 问我关于如何……的建议。 (2)You have asked for my advice about…and I will try to make some suggestions.就……事你 征询我的意见，我会尽量给出一些建议。 (3)I'm writing to express my views concerning…我写信谈谈关于……的看法。 表达“建议”常用语： (1)I would like to suggest that…我想建议…… (2)As far as I am concerned…/In my opinion, …就我而言/在我看来…… (3)There is no better way to do sth. than to do sth.没有比做……更好了 Why not do…？/How about doing…？/Have you considered doing…？不如做……？/你是 否有考虑过做……？ (4)I think it would be more beneficial if you could…我认为如果你……将会更有益。 (5)It should be a good idea to do…做……会是一个不错的主意。 (6)Another thing I want to remind you is that…另一个我想提醒你的事是…… 结尾常用语： (1)I believe you will take my advice/suggestions into account/consideration seriously. 我相信 你会认真考虑我的建议。 (2)I hope you will find these proposals/suggestions practical/useful/helpful. 我希望你会觉得 这些建议有用。 (3)I would be ready to discuss more details about this matter with you. 我十分乐意与你讨论 此事的更多细节。 (4)If you could take what I suggest seriously, I would appreciate it very much. 如果你能认真 考虑我的建议，我将不胜荣幸。 3．通用模板 Dear Sir/Madam， ①I am a middle school student. ②My name is ________ ( 自 我 介 绍 ). ③I am writing this letter to put forward a proposal ________ (建议的内容)． ④As is wellknown to all, ________ (肯定对方的优点). ⑤However, it's a fact that ________ (理由一). ⑥________ (理由二). ⑦In my opinion, ________ (理由三). ⑧Only in this way can we ________ (分析)． ⑨I propose that each of us should do whatever we can to ________ ( 愿望). ○I hope that my suggestions are helpful to you.
