What he does is important. I don’t like his job. 宾语 I don’t like what he does every day. This is his job. 表语 同位语 This is what he does every day. I don’t know about the man, Mr. White. The reason lies in that she works harder than the others. 某些形容词后常接宾语从句，这类形容词有 sure ， glad ， certain ， pleased ， happy ， afraid ， surprised ， satisfied 等，连接词 that 可省略。 eg.I'm afraid that you don't understand what I said. 恐怕你没领会我说的意思。 （ 1 ）连词 that ，无词意，常可省略 After looking at the toy for sometime, he turned around and found that/_________his 不填 parents were missing. that 不可省略的情况： 1. 从句是并列句时 , 第二个及以后的分句前 that 不可省 ▪He said (that) the book was very interesting and that( 不省略 ) all the children like to read it. that 不可省略的情况： 2. 如果主句中有形容词或名词作宾语补足语时，一般用 it 来作形 式宾语，把从句放在宾补后面。 ▪We think it our duty that we should help others. ▪I find it impossible that he should finish the work in two days. （ 2 ）连词 whether 与 if “ 是否” 宾语从句否定时常用 if 引导 He asked if you would not go and see him. 宾语从句 whether, if 中只用 whether 的情况 a. 介词后的宾语从句 Everything depends on whether it is fine tomorrow. b. whether...or not 的宾语从句 I don't know whether she'll like it or not. c. whether 引导的从句可移到主句之前而 if 不能 Whether this is true or not , I am not sure . d. 后接动词不定式时 He doesn't know whether to go swimming
